ASEH manufacturers, without applying any chemicals, various products from licorice in the forms of spray dried powder, block juice and semi-liquid paste.
Green roots have 45-55% moisture when they are carried to the factory. They will be spread over a vast area to get dried naturally. When the moisture goes down to 10%, the roots are ready to be used in production plant by going through the following phases:

- Blending
- Cleaning / Grinding
- Extraction
- Sedimentation / Filtration
- Evaporation
- Blending
- Conditioning

ASEH uses utmost care in packing its products.
The present packing are:
Powder: 25 KG in triple layer paper bag.
Block juice: 5x5 KG blocks in a carton.
Semi liquid: 125 KG in a plastic barrel.
